Description
A distinctive feature of the rectifiers of the “ION” series of sources is their closed design (IP54), which leads to an insignificant increase in cost, but actually extends the service life without damaging the elements located inside the housing, which is confirmed by experience of operation. All elements of the rectifier and control panels are placed in dust- and moisture-proof compartments, and the transformer and choke are impregnated with special protective coatings. Thus, the manufacturer protects the rectifiers from an aggressive environment during their operation. Rectifiers for electroplating of the “ION” series will turn a three-phase alternating current with a voltage of 380 V, a frequency of 50 Hz into a direct current, stabilizing the output current or voltage. Stabilization of the output current is provided with an accuracy of up to 2%, stabilization of the output voltage with an accuracy of up to 1%. Rectifiers are regulated voltage sources.
